Commercial real estate runs on data that’s locked behind portals, scattered across PDFs, and out of date the day it’s published. Brokers know this. Every closing is half forensic project, stitching together what should already have been the starting line.

We started ZOVA because we lived inside that gap. As brokers ourselves, we spent the front half of every deal cycle assembling what we’d already paid for as taxpayers. We built the tool we kept wishing existed: every public source on a single property, read by specialist AI agents, surfaced as the brief we’d been writing by hand.

The bigger goal is access. Real estate decisions get made on bad data because good data is expensive. ZOVA is our attempt to make the layer underneath both groups, the broker on a deadline and anyone trying to know what they’re walking into.
