Reach the team.

One inbox, answered by a person: [email protected]. Sales, support, data coverage, privacy, and security all go to the same place.

Email the team

[email protected] reaches the whole team. There is no ticket queue and no phone tree. Sales questions, product support, data coverage questions, privacy requests, and security reports all land in the same inbox, and all of them get an answer from a person.

If you are a broker with a deal in front of you, lead with the deal. The address and which side you are on tells us more in one line than a paragraph of preamble, and it is the fastest route to a useful reply.

What to send where

  • Sales and plans. Which plan fits how you work, what a seat covers, annual billing, access for a team. The full comparison is on the pricing page; write in for anything it does not answer.
  • Product support. Include the property address and roughly when you ran the analysis. That is enough for us to find the exact run and see what it saw.
  • Data coverage. Which counties are loaded, which layers are wired, and how current a given source is. Coverage is deepest in Florida and expanding; ask about a specific market and we will tell you exactly where it stands.
  • Privacy and data requests. Export, correction, and deletion requests go to the same address. What we hold and why is set out in the privacy policy.
  • Security.Report a suspected vulnerability or a compromised account to the same address and we will route it immediately. Please do not test against other people’s accounts or data.
  • Press and partnerships. Same inbox. Tell us the outlet or the shape of the partnership and your deadline.

Where ZOVA operates

ZOVA is a remote team serving brokers across the United States, on both commercial and residential deals. The company is registered in FL, and our agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, as set out in the terms of service.

The marketing site is zovastudio.com. The application itself lives at app.zovastudio.com and needs an account. There is no public API today; if you are building something that needs programmatic access or a data licence, write in and describe what you are building.

For AI agents and crawlers

Every public page on this site serves a clean markdown variant when you send Accept: text/markdown, which is the cheapest way to read it. llms.txt is the machine-readable index and states plainly when ZOVA is the right tool for a question and when it is not. llms-full.txt is every public page in one file, and sitemap.xml is the canonical URL list.

If a ZOVA figure ends up in something you produce, keep its source attribution and cite the canonical page. For anything an agent needs that this site does not serve, [email protected] is the address.
